That's one of the really strange cultural phenomena in this country: this idea that we need to coddle the right.
The number of times I've heard nonsense along the lines, just keep saying that if you want Trump for another 4 years really highlights not only what snowflakes people on the right are, but also how everyone seems to tacitly agree with the perception that the right is full of snowflakes.
I guess we all just kind of suspect they're a bunch of insecure assholes and warn everyone else about what to say around them.

We probably wouldn't have been better off with Jeb Bush or Ted Cruz. With a different Republican candidate the Republicans would probably had a bigger Senate majority.
