They've held up commercial flights for hours for Bill Clinton's haircut. Now with a net worth a quarter billion dollars I think the Clinton's can afford a lot of $300 haircuts.

$300 is the normal price of a a middle class hairdo Ajax. That's what women routinely pay, give or take. Even the ones that have jobs that don't involve being in front of cameras constantly.

The story is supposed to be "Oh, look at the hoity toity socialist living in the lap of luxury like a giant hypocrite." This both misunderstands what socialists like her think and how "luxurious" her ability to get her hair done is.

You've decided to thrown in another layer, for no reason at all, implying she can afford *checks notes* $300 because of corruption. Meanwhile, your boy is taking in millions in bribes out in the open and you think it's legit.

It's not a coincidence that people attracted to neo-fascism can't reason their way out of a paper bag. It's a stupid point of view that attracts such people.

It's quite remarkable how you are consistently wrong about facts. Seriously, you must be the most ignorant person I've ever encountered.

As I always say, if Republican voters don't like being called stupid, they should at least meet people half way. It's like a female dog objecting to being called a bitch.

You know what gets me about this "story?" It's not the ignorance, or implied misogyny, or pathetic arrogance in it. It's that there's a whole generation of people being taught to think that this is what criticisms of socialists look like. It seemingly doesn't occur to these masters of propaganda that people are going to grow up to conclude that the criticisms of socialists are idiotic.

It’s as if you’re pretending that today’s President isn’t involved with a number of commercial enterprises currently benefiting from his position or misuse of the office, or that he doesn’t have children doing the same, and making millions more merely from their name than their education or efforts.

I know that you need to insulate your political identity from the realities that betray it, but I’m not sure how you can rationally write a post like that and not be aware of how myopic it is.

By the way, ajax, PoMM is right about this. That ‘haircut’ story, now at almost three decades old, ain’t true.

So, you’ve let a lie from nearly 30 years ago explain, in part, why you want to keep a family of cheats and grifters in power today at the top of our political system.

Gotta admit, that one’s not easy to rationalize.

It's as if you think tax cheaters like Charlie Rangel, Al Sharpton, Melissa Harris-Perry, Maxine Waters are Republicans?

Were Pelosi or Harry Reid wealthy before they got into office?

Trump was wealthy before he became president.
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

I'm interested to hear how Anna Occasional Cortex plans provide $300 haircuts to every Latin American every 2 months for the next 50 years. Oh yes of course just tax the rich Chap says. The math all works out in the liberal mind.

Trump and his subordinates have spend hundreds of days at his clubs and resorts and billed the taxpayers for the costs of doing so. He has made a small fortune from this. While it's just the tip of the iceberg in how Trump is profiting from office, it's covered enough and easy enough to understand that you certainly are aware of it.

If you cared about using political office for profit, this self-dealing probably should concern you. Instead, you reply to it by blurting, "Black people!!!!" You don't even attempt to rationalize it.

$300 haircuts and Obama's beige suits.

Eyes on the prize.

I question if ajax (and anyone else who is shocked by $300 women's salon bills) has ever had a woman in his life. This is the normal cost for women's hair care in this country. I admit I haven't spent a lot of time in ajax's part of the country. I've only seen pictures of female "deplorables" and it appears on average they don't spend much money on hair care. I hate to stereotype or make fun of people based on their appearance. I'm just saying maybe it's a cultural thing.
