Other cans of worms would include his tax fraud schemes, campaign finance laws, and the plethora of court orders that stopped his executive orders on immigration, etc.

Trump just put a 29-year-old fired over allegations of financial crimes in charge of all personnel decisions

John McEntee, President Donald Trump's body man who was fired in 2018 amid an investigation into allegations of financial crimes, will lead the Presidential Personnel Office, multiple news outlets reported Thursday.

When he was the White House chief of staff, John Kelly forced McEntee out over issues with the young aide's security clearance. The Wall Street Journal reported that the issues were related to online gambling problems and mishandling of his taxes.

McEntee was also the focus of a financial-crimes investigation by the Department of Homeland Security, CNN reported.

McEntee, 29, who joined Trump's small team early in his presidential campaign, was escorted out of the White House in March 2018 without being allowed to collect his belongings, including his jacket, The Journal reported.

"It's not going to be great for morale," a White House official told The Journal about McEntee's firing.

Tl;dr - Trump headlining $580,600 per couple dinner at billionaire’s estate. Trump does this a LOT.

But they go against the president’s rhetoric from the 2016 campaign, when he rode a populist wave into Washington vowing to “drain the swamp.” Back then, he denounced the chase for wealthy backers and criticized his opponents for doing so, saying it made candidates beholden to donors and declaring it was “not going to happen with me.”

“Somebody gives them money — not anything wrong — just psychologically when they go to that person, they’re going to do it,” he said in a January 2016 CNN interview. “They owe them.”

BOY, THAT HASN’T AGED WELL.

kewl, and thanks. But "accusation" of breaking the law is not the same as "actually" breaking the law.
Allow me to illustrate via your liste here (same order):
And forgive me, but i will dismiss your sources that sre simply op/eds or from proven bias media (eg the Atlantic).

1. Emoluments clause not violated as your sources do not provide evidence that gains were acquired for "foreign influence". Even your sources admit that his actions were likely unethical and just contrary to "historical practice".
No crime.
2. The weather - there is no evidence provided that he "knowingly" falsely represented. That fact must be established or "no crime".
3. Destroying documents - arguable and yet nothing factual to support your speculation. Opinion piece
No crime.
4. The judge in that case did not rule on any 5th violation, simply ordered credentials returned while CNN case proceeded. a.k.a. granted the temporary restraining order requested by CNN.
No crime.
5. Transgender military ban, unclear at press time(place a pin here).
6. No facts presented by you for a response
7. Free press attack - non-legal and unbinding opinion piece. No crime.
8. Khashoggi , No law cited - no crime.
9. AE act - Allegation. You have no evidence that such communication did not occur, or which, if any, national security laws prevent you from knowing. Opinion piece.
No crime.
10. Imminent threat was believed, at that time, to exist by President, which equals - No Crime.
11.Those are immigration officers admitted to a crime.
12. You have no documented fact for the firings...Vindman was reassigned, was he not? And, military service is a different legal code. Opinion piece
No Crime.
13. Extortion? No facts presented by you for rebuttal. This particular point requires an opinion for how extortion can be defined. Currently it has not been defined to the extent required for a crime. Ergo, "wishful thinking" and no crime.
14. Saying you will refuseis not a crime, but actually refusing a legally sound subpoena may be. Since this is the former...
No crime, especially since its a matter of opinion.
15. clarify "any political activity" in your citation.
16. The Senate acquitted him of that, sooo...no crime.
17. clarify the dates and parties where Trump solicited contributions from the Oval Office and illegal to solicit from foreign nationals.
Being accused is not the same.

Good try, but alas...all you can hopw for is death by a 1000 accusations.

Speaking of accusations...

https://www.reddit.com/r/worldnews/comm ... o/fhhso37/

You mean the same Attorney General William Barr whose father was headmaster at a high school and hired Epstein to teach the kids even though he had no college degree, and who wrote a science fiction novel that talks about a bunch of oligarchs who enjoy enslaving and sexually abusing teenagers??

Then you have President Donald Trump, who said of Epstein in 2003, “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.

The same Donald Trump who hired the prosecutor that got Epstein off lightly (by conspiring against his victims) to be his Labor secretary, and who changed the labor laws to hurt victims of sex trafficking.

The same Donald Trump who helped Epstein recruit new victims for his pedo ring through Maralago.

The same Trump who programmed his MAGA cult to reject all of his associations with the pedo establishment by projecting everything he was involved with onto his former co-conspirators (and rivals for political power).
Edit: This blew up, so here's a bonus round of Trump's depravity.

He violently raped his first wife Ivana after a painful hair transplant because she recommended the surgeon, which she testified to in her divorce deposition.

Trump was also credibly accused of raping a 13 year old at one of Epstein's parties. She had filed a suit, but withdrew it just days before the 2016 election and went into hiding. Her recorded testimony leaked onto the internet and I watched it. It was damned chilling. Edit: Thanks to the person who provided the link to Katie's full testimony.

We also know that over the many years Michael Cohen was working for Trump as his thug, he threatened over 500 people on Trump's behalf, and paid bribes to silence other accusers - he's currently in jail for admitting to the crime of paying bribes to influence the 2016 Presidential Election. A crime directed by the President, who is not able to be prosecuted because William Barr has ruled that a sitting President is above the law.

Trump and Cohen were also both coordinating with the National Inquirer to "catch and kill" investigations into Trump's illicit and criminal behavior, including the allegation that Trump raped a 13 year old girl.

Drain. That. Swamp!

https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/14/politics ... index.html

Friday afternoon when the Department of Justice declined to pursue criminal charges against former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe...

That decision ends a nearly-two-year investigation into whether McCabe, in his role as a senior official in the FBI, lied to investigators about conversations he had with reporters. McCabe had long insisted that if he had done so it had been purely accidental, and noted that, in his role, he was authorized to speak to the media.

Trump spent much of the investigation dumping on McCabe, a man who he insisted was, along with former FBI director James Comey, at the center of the "Deep State" conspiracy against him.

Summarizing the article no one from Trump’s DEEP STATE paranoid list has been charged with his oodles of accusations.

Ah, yes, the "OJ was found not guilty, therefore he committed no crime" defense. Only if OJ's jury was just a bunch of co-conspirators.

And of course ....

WASHINGTON — Attorney General William P. Barr has assigned an outside prosecutor to scrutinize the criminal case against President Trump’s former national security adviser Michael T. Flynn, according to people familiar with the matter.

The review is highly unusual and could trigger more accusations of political interference by top Justice Department officials into the work of career prosecutors.

Mr. Barr has also installed a handful of outside prosecutors to broadly review the handling of other politically sensitive national-security cases in the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington, the people said. The team includes at least one prosecutor from the office of the United States attorney in St. Louis, Jeff Jensen, who is handling the Flynn matter, as well as prosecutors from the office of the deputy attorney general, Jeffrey A. Rosen.

Over the past two weeks, the outside prosecutors have begun grilling line prosecutors in the Washington office about various cases — some public, some not — including investigative steps, prosecutorial actions and why they took them, according to the people. They spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the sensitive internal deliberations.
The Justice Department declined to comment.
