So then at the very least, coronavirus' mortality is fifteen times greater than the flu. But in your mind, its just like a common cold.

The fact is coronavirus is much more contagious and the incubation period is much longer. This means people could contract and spread without even knowing it because they're asymptomatic. People who have built an immunity to the flu and are asymptomatic aren't contagious to others.

Today I was listening to Erick Erickson on the radio and he was talking about how Trump supporters are attacking him for believing the fake news and they've all dug deep in conspiracy theories. Step away from your insane posting and think about what you're saying for a second. The media isn't driving anything. No one is out to get your precious orange snowflake by using a pandemic. The media has been reporting on the virus and none more so than FOX News. Everything that has happened in the past month has vindicated the media's concern it expressed back in January and February when Trump was calling it a hoax. The coronavirus was FOX News' favorite issue during the Democratic primaries/debates because they'd rather not give air time to Democrats. The stock market began to tank after crude dropped through the floor, not after people were dying of coronavirus. The market reacted to coronavirus later when investors realized we had a moron in the white house who insisted on playing it down.

You're literally blaming the media for forcing Trump to shut things down. Is that how weak your President is? He's that easily manipulated? If so, he isn't much of a leader.

My favorite conspiracy theory is that the lib media has "weaponized" the virus coverage to oust Donald Trump. Here's the problem with that conspiracy theory. Donald Trump's approval ratings have predictably gone up. President's always benefit politically from national crises. W's approval shot up to 90% after 9/11, just a few months after the country was deeply divided over the 2000 election. The coronavirus coverage has also completely overshadowed the democratic primary. Biden and Sanders struggle to get any air time. All Trump has to do is act presidential while leading America through this crisis and he has it made. Why would the"libtard media hand that to him? The only reason his approval rating only went up to 47% instead of shooting up into the 70-80% range is because he hasn't acted presidential until recently.
