The fact that this is happening in a seemingly quiet neighborhood makes it appear scarier.

Re: Did this really just happen?
Having watched approximately a million videos of police initiating and escalating violence against protesters and contrasting that with my very recent memory of police managing not to do this with heavily armed far-right protesters even when they threatened to push through to the seat of a state government, I've got two not mutually exclusive possibilities:
1) It might be wise to show up to protests heavily armed as this might intimidate police enough to not initiate force.
2) Police tolerate far-right groups, including literal Nazis, far more they do than people who criticize policing.

Well you better get on it because Stephanie can't do all the heavy lifting for you. They stayed on Mr. Floyd (Chauvin on his neck) 2.5 minutes AFTER they checked for a pulse and couldn't find one.

The judge will not allow it in court. I understand it doesn't matter for a third-degree charge, but to normal people it matters because there is a big big difference.
I will do more reading. EAllusion and Res Ipsa said it won't matter in court.Jersey Girl wrote: ↑Sun May 31, 2020 5:45 amNot all of it. Judge will not allow what?DoubtingThomas wrote: ↑Sun May 31, 2020 6:08 amLike I said, the judge will not allow it. So it really doesn't matter.
And nobody is disputing that he is guilty of manslaughter.

Edit: Okay. If the autopsy report includes "did not die of asphyxiation" or "died of a hearth attack", then the judge shouldn't allow the full report in court. Is that much better?
