There's tons of sporadic reports that Minneapolis is filing up with vehicles with removed plates with the implication that these are out of town people looking for mayhem. The people doing the reporting seem to think they are the right-wing groups that the online alt-right is in a buzz about, but aside from the fact that the passengers are white and are driving a lot of trucks in these reports, there's no real evidence of that. There's videos of instances of this, but that's too anecdotal to build up a pattern. This matches what elected officials are also stating about outside agitators. It would be nice if there were clear evidence that this is happening or a means to debunk it if it is not. Right now, it's just wait and see.

What do you mean the judge will not allow it? They judge won't allow an autopsy report in a murder trial?

Are you seriously saying that a judge won't allow an autopsy report in a manslaughter (possible 3rd degree murder) case?

The fact that this is happening in a seemingly quiet neighborhood makes it appear scarier.
Undoubtedly! Protesting and speaking out against that atrocity is perfectly justified and legitimate. Putting at risk others and even endangering the lives of others and businesses that had nothing to do with perpetrating the atrocity only damages the credibility of the protesters, and is no less evil than the atrocity being protested. Besides that, the vast majority of the violent looters and vandals are almost certainly nothing more than criminally minded opportunists who see the protests as a means to get away with crimes they would otherwise have more difficulty getting away with. These types are not much less despicable than the officers involved, and probably didn't even really care about George Floyd and his family.

Res Ipsa said, "I don't think it matters whether he was asphyxiated or had a heart attack for purposes of a third-degree murder charge."

If Res Ipsa is correct, then it shouldn't not be relevant in a court of law.

Correct. Well, he will not allow the defense to present it to a jury. Maybe he allows the prosecution to use it, but as of right now the autopsy report helps the defense.

Because you don't know what you're talking about, DT.
