I doubt that Roberts has very much, if any, respect or admiration for Trump. In fact, I am fairly certain that he has as much disgust for Trump as any of the leaders and participants of The Lincoln Project. I don't think he has very much liking or respect for Kavanaugh either. I'm sure he is fully aware of Kavanaugh's history of perjuring himself before congressional committees for both highly personal and partisan reasons, and would not be at all displeased to see Kavanaugh become the first Supreme Court Justice in history to be successfully impeached and removed from office.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has referred all judicial misconduct complaints against new Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Colorado to investigate, he said in a letter Wednesday.

Roberts explained in the letter, addressed to Timothy Tymkovich, the Chief Judge for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, that the complaints had originally been sent to the D.C. Circuit Court, where Kavanaugh previously sat, but that he had received requests from a judge on that court to transfer it to another circuit.

The judge who made that recommendation to Roberts, Karen Le Craft Henderson, said in a letter that she was making this suggestion “because of the exceptional circumstance related to the above referenced complaints and the concern that local disposition may weaken public confidence in the process.”

Tymkovich, the judge who is now in charge of investigating the complaints, was appointed to the bench by President George W. Bush and was on President Donald Trump’s list of possible Supreme Court nominess, though Trump ultimately chose Kavanaugh.

But, as it turns out, Roberts didn’t simply decide to bury the complaints after all. He’s posted a public letter referring the complaints against Kavanaugh to another court. Although the letter doesn’t mention Kavanaugh by name, it has been confirmed that Roberts is referring to Kavanaugh in the letter.

This means that Roberts has now referred allegations of judicial misconduct claims against Justice Brett Kavanaugh to outside judges for investigation. The letter was sent to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado.

But there are no swing justices when it comes to economics and protecting corporations.

Neither side is revealing the whole picture. Trump might cite my work, but he overlooks my findings that the influx of immigrants can potentially be a net good for the nation, increasing the total wealth of the population. Clinton ignores the hard truth that not everyone benefits when immigrants arrive. For many Americans, the influx of immigrants hurts their prospects significantly.

The influx of immigrants can surely be a net good for the nation and increase the total wealth of the population. Legal immigration was never the issue. But can the American voter choose which immigrants to allow into the country based on their ability to contribute and increase the total wealth of the population? For the most part the answer to that has been no from the Democrat party, the border must be open to anyone who wants to come to the US otherwise the US voter is racist. Open borders and a welfare state will clearly not result in a net good for the nation and will reduce the total wealth of the population.

And I find it convenient for the wealthy corporate CEOs that we're in such bad need of more cheap skilled worker visas when our own college graduates can't get a decent job.

College graduates don't want to pick strawberries and they would not be as good as some of the immigrant workers who already do it. Also, farmers cannot afford to pay college graduates the kind of money they would demand.

The timing of the shut down at the border has helped some people understand how important those workers are to maintaining a functioning society that has food on the table.

I'm talking about H1b tech visas that corporations continue to demand more of despite the hiring freezes due to the shutdown. I would agree that legal immigration of immigrants picking strawberries adds wealth to the country. But we still need to pay them better when they're working. Companies that prefer illegal over legal immigrants to avoid taxes and take advantage of social welfare and Medicaid to pay for these immigrant families needs to be brought to justice for a crime against the American taxpayer.

I would agree that legal immigration of immigrants picking strawberries adds wealth to the country. But we still need to pay them better when they're working.

Then why be so completely stupid to vote for Donal Trump who is going to do the opposite?
