While looking for breadcrumbs on the Trump hearing today, I stumbled upon the order on Lindsay Graham’s motion to quash his subpoena in the Georgia election interference investigation. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap ... 5.44.0.pdf

Pretty sensible ruling, I think. Any questions he asked about what happened in the election our election procedures used is protected by the speech and debate clause. Any attempts to persuade GA officials to take some kind of action with respect to the result are fair Game. Likewise with activities in connection with Trump’s efforts to change the result.
