It’s going to be fun sharing the story of the d*** hit piece and how I was introduced to this board, etc.

But make sure you’re sure. Rumor has it that John has sent lots and lots subpoenas out about people’s associations with me. If we keep all correspondence about this on the public board, there will be nothing private for him to subpoena and that’ll make things easier for everyone if he sends one out.

I’m not a party to the lawsuit. Ask RFM, although I think he was pulled in after most of John’s subpoenas went out. Maybe he’ll share more documents on his podcast.

Yup…. I can’t tell you how surreal this whole experience has been for me.

The way I heard it, it was actually John who brought the topic of me up in the lawsuit. Yep.

Then he sent out all the subpoenas about me…. except that he skipped sending subpoenas to people who actually know me or had real evidence. Instead, he sent them to other people… people who had no ability to witness anything because they weren’t actually witnesses.

But as I’m not a witness to any of this and am not a party to the lawsuit, everything I know about it is hearsay. But this hearsay tracks. His objective all along has been to completely control a false narrative (which makes sense when someone is guilty).

Yet, I’m the one who has been accused of being the stalker? Roll eyes. I would have moved on happily if he’d allowed me to.

He is creepy as f.

For the record, I’ve been here to protect myself and my future because I never deserved the retaliations I’ve taken. And all the retaliations were all illegal. Yet he took them anyway because he has everybody frightened and intimidated. My guess is that one of the points of all the subpoenas was to scare and intimidate people.

And don’t ask me why I didn’t sue him. The answer is easy: the laws aren’t on women’s side and he has donors to pay his attorney fees. Then things in my life fell apart financially (due, in part, to all his retaliations and some other stuff that’s not related to Mormonism) and I had to promise my bankruptcy attorney I wouldn’t sue John because my right to sue him was considered an “asset.”

So here we are.

But instead, he he sued someone else then started subpoenaing people about me. For whatever reason, he wants to know what all of them have to say about all this instead of what I have to say about all this.

Like I said, creepy as f.

Anyway…. I’m very happy to contribute a story to the book and I have quite the surreal story to tell.

But subpoenas are a pain in the a** so all correspondence on the topic should be public.

I'm sure you and James Patterson are still diligently working on re-releasing these documents you took down.

The documents on that Rosebud wiki are the same documents that I have already released. Somebody quickly snapped them up and put them there (no idea who).

But there are lots and lots more. Unfortunately, the people who had previously volunteered to help with redactions got subpoenaed by John then went silent. He’s very good at silencing people.

Well…. to be specific about James (since you brought him up), he didn’t get subpoenaed, but he has moved on to other things.

Since John is the one who has spent the Open Stories Foundation donors’ money to hire an attorney to file motion after motion after motion in order to drain his opponent financially, maybe you should pressure John to release all the documents from my time working with him as well as all the documents that came from his many subpoenas. He has the financial resources to pay for someone to redact them and that seems like a better use of donor money than intimidating other ex-Mormons into silence.

He should also release his full deposition. I’d like to read what he has to say about what I have to say in it, seeing as how he’s been spending over ten years trying to silence me and put words into my mouth.

And he should release the other depositions, too.

It’s so lame (but so typical) to find a few out-of-context documents to try to make a woman look “crazy”…. or what was it that this PhD in psychology said back in the day. “Histrionic” was it?

He should release everything.

I call for the release of all depositions, documents from subpoenas and the full set of receipts of donors’ money paid to your highly aggressive attorney. I wanna know every billable hour that attorney worked.

And I don’t care if you win or lose the case. The judge’s name is Faust so as an ex-Mormon, I don’t trust him. And don’t try to claim that a Faust would be on the church’s side and therefore against John. I’m not that dumb. That’s not what’s really going on.

We all get how the civil system works. The aggressive party with money wins. That’s you. I’m not impressed. Shame on you for allowing John to sue a woman after he outed her live on the air without her consent as a victim of child sexual abuse…. just so John could try to try to prove to the world that he’s a “good” heroic person who is against child abuse.

John is just like Tim Ballard. And like Operation Underground Railroad, this problem still exists in 2024 because the Open Stories Foundation board hasn’t taken appropriate actions to solve it.

What matters is the docket and the evidence, not any judge’s silly opinion.

Release it all.

Let ex-Mormons make their own decisions about what the evidence means. None of us should be expected to rely on a Faust.

And all the rest of the documents related to all of John’s associations with all the women he’s employed.

If you have the money to pay aggressive attorneys, you have the money to collect them and redact them.

Do your job.
