Do Malaysians come from Early-day Mormons?

Yes, it is thought they sailed from the Mississippi River in Missouri (near the sacred St. Louis) to the Gulf of Mexico and then onto the Yangtze River in China. From there the Early-day Mormons gradually made their way down to Thailand and the Malaysian Peninsula. Eventually, they made their way to the Indonesian Islands and the Philippines using crafts of curious workmanship.

We should be proud of the ingenious travels of the Early-day Mormons. Honest.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has dropped the moniker Mormon to camouflage its reputation. But it still needs a shortened moniker. How does Gary sound? The Gary Church, the Book of Gary, and the Garys.

Rocket Man is currently occupying Utah with his former Gary named mission companion until reunion time next weekend. Parts are in place for when a suitable work space is in place. PROVO - The Paul H. Dunn Biological Laboratory at Brigham Young University in conjunction with Sorenson Research has uncovered new findings regarding the properties of the human double X chromosome.

LDS Authorities have long taught that only males are the qualified bearers of the Melchizedek and Levitical (Aaronic) Priesthoods. Now the LDS scientists at these two distinguished institutions have discovered that eligibility for the priesthood only occurs in the absence of the missing genetic material found on the Y chromosome. They found that having the full complement of the genetic material of the second X chromosome canceled out priesthood eligibility.

BYU biologist N. Dylan Ruth said, "We have yet to determine why the extra genetic material tends to have this effect, but we are speculating that it has something to do with valiancy in the Pre-Existence. Some combination of amino acids on the second X strand represents both a badge of discommendation from any priesthood eligibility, as well as signifying a potential qualification for Motherhood."

Death Spiral Stories

Perhaps we could be more forgiving of ginned-up conference talks if we thought of Mormonism as being grounded in folklore rather than history.

Stories deemed outrageous at a history lecture might fit well at a Sci-Fi lecture. Consider the possibility of unleashing the Mormon creative mind in various conference talks. We could hear about pills that made the apostles small and pills that made them ten feet tall. I would like to hear stories of Authorities who were beamed up to Enochian or Kolobian space vessels and probed to determine their righteousness. No death or destruction and burning fires, but something soothing and out of the ordinary. Perhaps something like a vanishing Cheshire cat who sneaks up and taps you on the shoulder saying, "You are way cool and special, Russell" during your flight to St. George.

Mentioned briefly in the Old Testament as The Destroyer, this eternal being was promoted into the top tier of celestial entities as a sign of the times to remind kids of the coming apocalyptic consequences of multiple piercings, green tea sipping, lackluster tithing payment, and ill speaking of the Lord's anointed.
