There was that guy in my neighborhood who believed in Q, although you raise a fascinating question about the compatibility of the alt right and QAnon -- I think it's tricky. The label "alt right" was created by an avowed neo-Nazi. So it's not like a liberal sociologist came up with it. Self-identification gets tricky. As missionaries, we avoided self-identifying as Mormons. The last Mormon prophet rejected the label altogether. Can we call old Rusty Mormon or not? Rush Limbaugh always insisted that he was middle of the road. Oh okay. Years ago I followed the Gab platform a bit and the most extreme neo-Nazi I could find on there denied being a Nazi and claimed to be Jewish.

Well, I don't know much about the guy. I generally skim the threads about him here very lightly. The only meme episode I recall -- and I could be wrong here -- is sharing the DezNat Brigham meme where Brigham wielded a pistol and was going to kill liberal Mormons or something. Assuming this particular meme share happened and I'm not confusing with him with somebody else, I would say that was the "smoking gun" meme that secures him alt right status. From there, I would consider the onus of proof on those who deny that he's alt right, to argue why that meme share didn't count. There may be circumstances where a person shares a "smoking gun" type of meme and it does not secure the person status among the community the meme is linked to, and so I would be willing to entertain arguments for that.

Then comes the whataboutism where you claim that discussing Subject A is the same or worse as participating in Subject A. You’ve done this before, with conversations regarding ‘Nazi’-adjacent behaviors.

When you do this, your objective is to try to hammer people over the head with something that you can’t or won’t attempt to define or intellectually engage, because you feel personally offended by use of a particular term describing something or someone that you feel aligned with.

Um, posts and memes are basically the gold standard of evidence in this case. Have you read the second sentence yet of the wiki article on "alt-right" that states the alt-right is "largely an online phenomena"? If not posts and memes, what would count as evidence for alt-right?

What you posted speaks for you. At this point, it seems you have made a conclusion abkut Boylan without a single example that validates your conclusion. Hell, even Gad is guessing about what example may exist. Pay attention drummy. You are not making ykur case or point, you are destroying it.
