The inability to tolerate frustration is typical for this stage of development. It is good to know that as the child continues to move through milestones in development, he will gain an awareness of self, awareness of others, verbal skills will increase allowing him to express his needs and desires appropriately, thus reducing immediate frustrations as he learns to problem solve with peers.

Unless these patterns of behavior continue through to adulthood in which case the adult is pretty much screwed for life.
