So, back to the Flynn thing because unlike our little goldfish we have an attention span.

Do you remember when you were a kid and your parents caught you doing something wrong, and based off previous experiences with punishment you attempted to avoid punishment and lied about the act? That's what Flynn did. He knew he was doing something wrong, especially given the scope of his experiences within government, and lied about it. He lied about it because he wanted to hide his activities.

People like Xanax, who have exactly zero idea how government functions, assume Flynn was being persecuted. He was not. He acted as a foreign agent and lied about it. That's that. That's a fact. And the FACT that Xanax and his ilk are ok with it and try to muddy the waters by introducing erroneous and ignorant whatabouts underscores just how difficult it is to reason with them. They're the party of law and order, but only selectively and only for people they don't like. When their own kind repeatedly violates the law it all falls under the 'imperfect vessel' paradigm that Machiavellian politicking is normal and should be excused 'for the greater good'.

Additionally, Trump has Barr in his pocket. If all these other people were guilty of the crimes Xanax claims they are, then they should be investigated by the DoJ, charged, prosecuted, and sent to jail. It never occurs to those idiots why people like Flynn end up in jail and people like McCabe don't. Barr could literally do it if he had cause. But goldfish gon' goldfish, and he'll just be off on some other irrational non sequitur because that's how is walnut brain operates.

No. It's just delusion. He has an erroneous notion of what America was and a false historical narrative fed to him by manipulators. If I had to guess he has in his mind that the golden ages of America were the post-Revolution agrarian society and then America in the 50's, possibly the 60's (minus the hippies), and probably the 80's since he was probably a kid during that era. He doesn't understand that America has always been an extremely brutal place for most people, to include whites, and the idea that there was any era that was idealistic is just a slogan fed to him by deceivers. He's also scared shitless of everything, and has huge blind spots for his own kind, whatever 'kind' he thinks that is. If he were simply to see things for how they are, on all sides of the political spectrum, he'd realize throwing in with the Republicans is just a team sport and has no basis in reality when it comes to his personal situation. But that won't happen because to view one's own perspective from a macro level it'd require one to scrutinize one's self and that's just not going to happen.

That seems reasonable. I just have to wonder why someone writes nonsense on a board only to be slapped silly over and over again. Part of me suspects he thinks he's "getting" people, and another wonders if he's actually working some things out. Hard to say when what he writes is all so stupid and dishonest.
