Sledge would add some diversity as a TBM and spends more time in Terrestrial.
We can't take farmers and take all their people and send them back because they don't have maybe what they're supposed to have. They get rid of some of the people who have been there for 25 years and they work great and then you throw them out and they're replaced by criminals.

Hmm. It's surprising you would be interested in moderating here. Didn't you tell Dr. Shades, in a discussion on SeN, that you consider this place to be a "hate site" that "harbors anti-Mormon bigots," and a "festering cesspool" that you equated to Stormfront?
And this: "your hate site is the platform upon which several pseudonymous cowards launch their hate."
And directly to Shades: "This makes your site a bigoted site and you, quite probably, a bigot."
Why would you want to be a moderator at a site like that?

Sounds good, as long as four isn’t over doing it. Get too many and one moderator might think the other moderator ‘has it’.
Also, potentially there is a Supreme Court ruling weighting concern where three to one wins the day? How does that work? Do all moderators have to be in agreement when some sort of moderation dictum is handed down?
Otherwise, I can see three to one decisions on a good day, a two/two split on others.

How do you feel now? What changed, if anything?
I've spent some time here. That's what changed. I still think there are haters here, of course, but there are also good people here.
But in any case, my personal opinion does not matter as moderators should be indifferent clones of Shades and listen to Lipstick. That's what I offer. And as I've repeatedly said, give me 90 days. If I'm not the best damn moderator you've ever seen, demod me.
