No offense intended, Jersey Girl, but I am not curious. Let me be clear that I am not criticizing your curiosity concerning the matter. For me, however, there ceased to be the least bit of curiosity concerning josh. I could proceed to spell out my reasons, but I think they should be fairly obvious.
You misunderstand or I didn't write clearly enough. I'm curious about whether or not I can challenge it.
If you can explain to me why you want the image removed (despite the fact that it is freely available all over the Web), I'm all ears.
The only thing you are doing is making a spectical. You have now crossed many lines, and for you then to demand I apologize? I didn't make some blog blog filled with hate filled garbage and post it on a website. You did. You have gone much further than anyone else here and I find it sad that this is the type of behavior you condone.
Now your threatening to try to cause me trouble at my Church? That is also a threat, which violates several laws. If I need to get a restraining order against you, then so be it.

There was once this cool episode of the Superfriends, the Saturday morning cartoon featuring comic-book superheroes, in which there was the strange world where an anti-Superman lived. It was called Bizarro World, and its inverted Superman was called Bizzaro Superman.
“I was hooked from the start,” Snoop Dogg said. “We talked about the purpose of life, played Mousetrap, and ate brownies. The kids thought it was off the hook, for real.”

Well, my offer still stands: If you will explain to me why you'd like the image removed, I am willing to take it down.

As someone who has numerous friends, relatives, and acquaintances in the legal profession, my opinion would be that you are wasting your time worrying about it, unless, that is, you treat it with the same seriousness as a puzzler. I know that I don't have legal expertise, but this looks like the kind of crap no lawyer in her right mind would waste a moment on.

I don't need to explain s*** to you. The whole blog was unnessesary, a direct personal attack and childish. And the fact you make s*** up like that I run websites crying about needing a million dollar home? F*** you. You are an arrogant asshole. And I didn't give you ANY permission to use my image for your ugly attacks.

Where in my post have I expressed "worrying"? It's a self challenge, Trevor.

Yes, and as I explained to Josh, DCP consulted an attorney in an effort to sue Rollo Tomasi and myself over our comments on the Quinn thing, and the lawyer informed him that he didn't have a case.
In any case, my offer still stands: if Josh would like to explain why he objects to the picture being on the blog (despite its being all over the place elsewhere on the Web), and which portions of the text he finds objectionable (or "untrue"), then I am willing to negotiate with him in altering or deleting the material.

Hence my inclusion of the proviso "unless...puzzler...." Right?
