I think Adolf Hitler might agree with you.

Mosiah 21:28 from ""...on learning from the mouth of Ammon that king Benjamin had a gift from God..." to "...on learning from the mouth of Ammon that king Mosiah had a gift from God..."

That seems more like a compositional error rather than a translation error.

There may be more to this error than first meets the eye. The error was repeated in Ether 4:1 in the 1830 edition.

As would F. Scott Fitzgerald (although said symbolism is only "skin-deep" [or perhaps "clothing-deep"]).

Such as?
WK: "Joseph Smith asserted that the Book of Mormon peoples were the original inhabitants of the americas"
Will Schryver: "No, he didn’t." 3/19/08
Still waiting for Will to back this up...

There is a replacement because someone had died, in what I see as a real-world event reflected in the pages of the book.

Thanks.

"In 1825, Noah helped purchase a tract of land on Grand Island in the Niagara River near Buffalo, where he envisioned a Jewish colony to be called Ararat."

I think this is "King Noah."
