I predict Mormons labeling a poster providing hard to counter arguments with people whining that theres a bomb thrower in the midst.
So if I am an adherent of Zeus but recognize that there are other gods operating with zeus then I'm a monotheist. That does not follow.

Mercury is no longer with us. He has been reported almost as many times as he has posted.

So thanks for the vapid response BC, at least you are consistent.

I don't think you're erudite enough to understand simple wit.

I don't think I have ever seen anything approaching erudition on your part. As for me, I'm as erudite as you can get! I read the new Yorker.

No, you might be a henotheist in that case. The problem with henotheism as it relates to describing LDS doctrine is that it includes elements of worship that don't exist in LDS theology. For example, in henotheism, a devotee of Zeus might also give sacrifice to Poseidon before a sea voyage.

I am sure I could make the argument concerning the holy ghosts basket of acts and Jesus's bag of acts with Elohims bag of acts. It still works.

Any chance you could take Beano for that? It could be unpleasant in cramped quarters.

From MAD:

Selek: Ah! The Shady Rest. My apologies to Westboro Baptist for slandering them unnecessarily.

What I want to know is if that part of peeing in the Holy Water at St. Paul's Cathedral was something you really did?

Not something I did, it was something several missionaries bragged about. This was not all. Other childish and ignorant behavior was standard faire for Mormon missionaries.

I found especially interesting Skylla's comment that Merc had gotten "reported" so many times. Sheesh! Why should his appearance stir up such a panic? What are they so afraid of?

Yep, you would think that someone had just trebuche'd a plague ridden body over the castle walls. I forgot how narrow thir focus had to be in orde for a post to not be seen as an attack on their sad little mind game.
