That's between Bill Marriott and God. Why in the world should I even care? Either God accepts it or not and I have no idea whether he does. I don't expect God to tell me either.

Yet they accept the tithes of swindlers, cheats, child molesters, rapists, spouse abusers, thieves and all kinds of other folk who come by the money dishonestly. What is the big deal about refusing gambling money? In many states the schools benefit from the sales. On many reservations gambling money has paid for a higher level of living and intoxication than before seen.
Money is money so what is the difference?
The LDS Church welcomes Wetbacks. Law breakers. Why not welcome the cash donation of those who give freely when they get lucky on the lottery?
I have not seen nor heard qualifying questions on tithing. Questions like "where did the money come from?"
