That was pretty much what I was getting at.

Sorry, did not mean to step on your discussion .. the arrogance of the Croc by got the better of me.
God has the right to create and to destroy, to make like and to kill. He can delegate this authority if he wishes to. I know that can be scary. Deal with it.

So, now I'm accused of being a pedophile?

I revel in it all because I post on this board.

Military being the exception of course.. Try flawed..

Oh, I guess this justifies the persecution of the Mormons, then, doesn't it?

If by persecution you mean "getting a dose of your own medicine", then sure. Why not? Do unto others as you woud have them do unto you, brother.

Like I said before, I do feel uneasy about the witch-hunting of Yes on 8 donors, but I must point out that the two guys Smac posted about so far resigned from their jobs (albeit under pressure), they weren't fired, and secondly, they weren't hounded because they were Mormons, they were hounded for having donated large enough sums to the Yes on Prop 8 campaign that their names were in the public record for having done so.

Thus, through their actions, they'd given the gays a bug "f*** you!", and now are wondering that the gay patrons of their businesses are upset about that?

I'm hereby requesting references to anyone hounded, by name, by the gays solely for being Mormon, who did not contribute money to Yes on 8.
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

Please show where Mormons are doing vandalism and outing gays for targets to be fired.

I am amazed at the blacklisting going on in CA. I think anyone fired over contributions for prop 8 are going to win some amazingly large law suits against former employers.

Dude. Your fuckin' church spent $30,000,000 to deny homosexuals the right to be equal with their fellow heterosexual citizens. WTF do think is going to happen? That people just roll over and take it? You need to get over yourself. Your church has a LONG history of being vicious toward homosexuals. This is indisputable. Do we need to discuss Evergreen? Do we need to discuss your church hooking homosexuals up to electrodes, attached to their genitalia, and shocking them? Do we? Because THAT is far worse than outing a Mormon or vandalizing some property. That's fuckin' torture.

Dude. Your f*****g' church spent $30,000,000 to deny homosexuals the right to be equal with their fellow heterosexual citizens.

Dude pull your head out of your ass.My church did not give a plug nickel. LDS members gave out of their own funds. Big dif.

WTF do think is going to happen?

I expect that people will behave civilly since everything was done legally and orderly. I know civility is a tough concept for many here.

That people just roll over and take it?

I expect them to do what they will within the law. Note blacklist people, not target, not break the law.

You need to get over yourself.

Funny coming from you.

Your church has a LONG history of being vicious toward homosexuals

I am not in favor of the way the Church approached prop 8 personally.

. This is indisputable.

Perhaps, perhaps not.
Do we need to discuss Evergreen? Do we need to discuss your church hooking homosexuals up to electrodes, attached to their genitalia, and shocking them?

Did they drag such persons off the street and force them or were these people who willingly participated in treatment. But I am not all that familiar with Evergreen so I am happy to look at your so called indisputable evidence.

Do we? Because THAT is far worse than outing a Mormon or vandalizing some property. That's f*****g' torture.

Past wrongs do not make a right today. The Church no longer practices such tactic and indeed considering their doctrine, has made some decent progress regarding homesexuals. Is it perfect? Nope. Would I like to see changes. Sure.

The amazing thing I watch is the bigot callers are seemingly ok with bigotry back towards those they think are bigots.
