I think you might have meant BOLD (as in bold faced liar). I do agree that Buffalo is bold in his posts (an admirable quality, in my book). I don't think I've ever seen him lie, though.

You might want to look at enrichment section L in the D&C Student Manual, for a through discussion of the subject based entirely on the longstanding teachings and doctrinal statements of various LDS prophets and apostles, and not at Wikipedia.
