Here is a link that will let you find the opinion of the California Bar Court that reinstated Yagman. Just search for his name, click on the most recent proceeding, and scroll down until you find the decision. https://apps.statebarcourt.ca.gov/dockets.aspx You'll also note that the State Bar vigorously opposed his reinstatement.
It's tough to get reinstated after a criminal conviction for a crime of moral turpitude. But the disciplinary rules allow redemption. Yagman succeeded.
