Moksha, I think you are correct.

The original blueprint was code named 'CK.Mall.1'
The first downgrade was code named 'TK.Mall.1.'
The second downgrade was code named 'TL.Mall.1'

I believe the actual construction is now based on a blueprint code named 'OD.Mall.666' but that is from an unreliable source who could only confirm it by making me feel I had something akin to indigestion.
