That was a terrible thing to say, Droopy. You should be ashamed of yourself. It is alarming how much hatred some Mormons have for homosexuals who are just trying to be themselves and enjoy happiness according to the natural design the've been placed under.
I have just read an article suggesting that recently (maybe last Sunday) a First Presidency letter was read from the pulpit reminding members in Minnesota to get involved in the fight against a bill that will forward the civil rights of gay partnerships.
Is the article correct?

There was no statement read in our Sacrament Meeting last Sunday. Of course, I'm in NC, not Minnesota. But normally, messages from the FP are read in all wards regardless.
