Please don't forget the rules. Committing class warfare is fine. Using the words "class warfare" is class warfare.

It's strange to me that few people want to hear this, but it's obvious the root of this country's problems is its obscenely wealthy class. Idiots want to blame immigrants, foreign countries, welfare programs, and irresponsible gov't spending for their problems, and yet do they ever stop to think to themselves, "Man, it would be nice if my employer paid me a fairer wage"?

It's just weird to me how many people are content to let the shamefully rich people have it all while they blame everyone but these greedy idiots.

This is class warfare, alright. The idiots have purchased all of the rich's outrageous propaganda and are fighting the war for them.

What we need Eschmo are more people like you from Cuba and Venezuela to come and implement their political ideas here in the US. Then we too can use our dollar bills as empanada napkins and toilet paper.

In 1776, the U.S. was among the world's poorest nations. In less than two centuries, we became the world's richest nation by a long shot. Americans who today are deemed poor by Census Bureau definitions have more material goods than middle-class people as recently as 60 years ago. Dr. Robert Rector and Rachel Sheffield give us insights in "Understanding Poverty in the United States: Surprising Facts About America's Poor" (9/13/2011). Eighty percent of poor households have air conditioning. Nearly three-fourths have a car or truck, and 31 percent have two or more. Two-thirds have cable or satellite TV. Half have one or more computers. Forty-two percent own their homes. The average poor American has more living space than the typical non-poor person in Sweden, France or the U.K. Ninety-six percent of poor parents stated that their children were never hungry during the year because they couldn't afford food. How do these facts square with the statement that "our society creates poverty"? To the contrary, our society has done the best with poverty.

Sounds like Jason Chaffetz saying there would be no problem if "those " people would cease spending all their money on Apple iPhones. I suspect those researchers counted box fans as air conditioners and motorized vehicles that do not work. Actually, the whole bundle sounds too self-serving not to be suspect. Perhaps if we examined it closely we would find the presence of Schryverian Encoding and that would be a real game changer.

I'm wondering just how shallow you have to be to walk into someone's home, see an air conditioning unit and think to yourself, "Wow, these guys must be rich!"

I bet if we look hard enough, we could find examples of Republicans who aren't completely stupid, too. There are always exceptions.

You do realize the Trump admin and GOP-led Congress are debt financing the government which causes the dollar to devalue, right?

You would have to look very hard and for a very long time - but I guess anything is possible.
