Didn't you work on Gary Johnson's campaign in 2012? What were his chances again?

Gave you permission to post his private words with details or gave you permission to pass around the news that he's a candidate?

Those aren't one in the same, Kevin.

Well, details is obviously what you wanted since the simple fact that he was running wasn't enough for you. You asked for "confirmation" as if my initial post didn't suffice, so I provide more confirmation and now you're complaining because it is too much confirmation. Sigh. I'll be sure to ignore your requests in the future.

I quoted him so I don't risk misrepresenting what he said. I don't see how I disclosed sensitive private information. He was just explaining that he was serious about running otherwise he wouldn't have started the ball rolling with a website and bank account. You act like I obtained and disclosed his bank's routing number.

At no point did I believe Gary Johnson was going to win.

I know. I remember one of your comments about it at the time made me laugh. Something like "the campaign is completely inept, but you should go vote for him."

Is this the guy:

https://danielomcclellan.wordpress.com/about/

If so - he reads a lot like Dan Peterson or Hugh Nibley of years past. Even got that “Near Eastern” thing going for him. Sounds like he’s spent most his life writing religious, philosophical and theoretical history papers on ancient stuff. Actually sounding more and more exactly like Peterson/Hamblin/Nibley.

Is this the guy representing the LDS Caucus in Salt Lake County? No doubt by his achievements he definitely has the time!

http://www.slcountydems.com/caucuses-committees/

But what does he have as far as real world experience, job creation and how to manage anything? Other than wanting to spend other people’s money, does he have an expertise in anything other than trying to get a grade?

Finally, does he still live w someone’s parents? What does he do for a living.

Reads like a nice enough guy though.

But I would love to see it. He's a bright guy, the Mormons need him, and I thought he brought a lot of interesting comments to the board.

Yeah, he's definitely a progressive.

He's kind of a brittle, pissy sort of progressive. But sharp and curious as hell.

Dan is the guy who completely convinced me I don't need to own a gun. I was on the verge of buying one until I read one of his Facebook debates. He completely eviscerates any pro-gun opponent that challenges him. Here is a similar thread on this forum more than 2 years ago:

He'll certainly advance a more enlightened form of Mormonism based on his more recent history here.

However, I hope he's over his youthful hyper-sensitivity. Let's not forget he (in his mind) "completely eviscerates" the personal artwork of his "opponents" as well, while insisting how talented he himself at art and everything else.
Lou Midgley 08/20/2020: "...meat wad," and "cockroach" are pithy descriptions of human beings used by gemli? They were not fashioned by Professor Peterson.

LM 11/23/2018: one can explain away the soul of human beings...as...a Meat Unit, to use Professor Peterson's clever derogatory description of gemli's ideology.

I totally forgot about that, but yes he is a pretty good artist. I'd share some examples with you that he's posted online, but I'm afraid Jersey Girl would ram it down my throat as another reason why I'm so unworthy to be her social media friend (as if I had ever asked to be).
