First, Trump has frequently talked privately with Putin specifically excluding any American translator while needing Putin's translator. And second, they seem to share the view the Mueller investigation started out as Trump being ____ but ending up being a mouse where they ignore the facts stated in said report.
It's not about diplomacy. This is...irregular.
Frequently? I thought it was only once. So, what do you think was discussed? What benefit is going to Russia or Putin as a result? Trump? It seems much ado about nothing. Also, the Mueller investigation came up pretty empty with no walls closing in on Trump as relentlessly advertised. Unfortunately, the long drawn out investigation will probably benefit Trump in that there might be some unhelpful results of the counter investigation the Democrats will have to face and if that turns up nothing, Trump will certainly ride the no collusion train as long as he can and that may result in bozo getting elected again.
I seriously think it's time to move on to the issues the people want discussed. Sure, watch Trump like a hawk as we should with all public officials, but, let's tackle the monopoly/oligarchy problem that keeps prices too high, the endless wars, stagnate wages, healthcare, etc.
