The viability of loss-making Prestwick airport (helped by the sale of fuel to USAAF) is a lot to do with Trump - since if that airport closes down it will greatly impact the viability of his nearby loss-making Turnberry resort (helped by the sale of accommodation to USAAF personnel).
And as pointed out, going via Prestwick is a refuelling procedure that is neither obvious nor customary on the well-trodden USAAF transport route we are talking about.

There's nothing innocent about this guy. I've never encountered anyone less deserving of the benefit of the doubt. His crimes are in plain sight, and only morons/assholes can ignore them.
