Yes, that was clear but it was also irrelevant.
The impact is not the policy but in the real facts of the OP. That many Trump appointees and a fully seated court system have waaaay more impact and influence on our lives than does a 4 year cycle of partisan bickering.
So, while you want to focus on the pomp you should perhaps pay more note to the circumstance.

The point is what you are gloating over has a shelf life because what made it possible will also undo it. Some of the details are up in the air but the Senate Calvin Ball game will inevitably result in all the glory of a conservative judiciary finding itself watered down or unwound when the power shifts. It's how this works once you allow the Senate to make up new rules whenever there is a power shifts and a sense the other side cheated so it's ok to retaliate.
