Markk - remind me again: when a mob was attacking the Capitol on that January 6, shouting "Hang Mike Pence" and trying to break through the security barriers and locked doors to get at the Senators and Representatives to stop the election* being certified, why didn't Trump think that warranted calling out the National Guard?

He sat glued to the tv instead of protecting the Capitol and the Congress as it performed one of its most sacred functions--to facilitate the peaceful transfer of power from one executive to another, both duly elected.

I don’t go in for this idea that you vote for part of what a candidate represents. You effectively vote for the entire candidate, warts and all, when you cast that ballot. There is no hiding behind pro-life judges, or some such, as your excuse for having cast a ballot for a vile creature like Trump. God did not call Trump to save America. In this video, look carefully at the policeman in the left edge background. He clearly aims at the reporter, shoots at her, and hits her in the leg. Just like Trump asked for! (OK, Trump would have preferred live rounds ...)

From where he was, he could see very easily she was a reporter and posed no danger to anyone.
