I don't think he's an atheist. I think he's the kind of guy who believes he's going to hell and has decided he's going to live this life like he deserves it.Doctor Steuss wrote: ↑Fri May 22, 2026 2:41 pmWith Trump continuously implementing things that would make Barack HUSSEIN Obama say, "wow, that's too socialist and big government for me" it's pretty apparent that the only core component of MAGA is hatred of anyone that isn't a white Christian nationalist, or subservient to white Christian nationalists. That Trump is likely an atheist just makes the irony all the more painful.

Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.

It’s all such a sad act, but sadder still to see anyone so easily suckered by his play-acting as any sort of ‘believing Christian’.

When he first started his Republican shtick, where he acts like a New York liberal's caricature of a Christian conservative, it seemed so undeniably obvious he would tank. It was embarrassing seeing just how incredibly far out there his idea of what a Christian conservative was, and watching him take that ridiculous caricature based on his own ignorance, and put it on display to win votes. The racism, the vapid nationalism, the economic illiteracy. Cringe-educing to the max.canpakes wrote: ↑Fri May 22, 2026 5:15 pmFIFYDoctor Steuss wrote: ↑Fri May 22, 2026 2:41 pmThat Trump is likely an atheist just makes the irony all the more painful.

Fast forward, and the embarrassment was entirely mine. His New York liberal caricature of a Christian conservative seemed to not be too far off the mark in America.
