She didn't file a false report, you're an idiot. The formal complaint accused the officer of being "discourteous," not racist. This woman seems pretty crazy to me at first look, but I'd like to see the video she recorded as she claims she wasn't on her phone while driving, she was recording the police because she was terrified of them. The video we see has clearly been edited so it will be interesting to know if the officer did anything else to trigger her in this way. Who knows what kind of experiences this woman has had with the police, whether it be with her or other family members. At the end of the day, the reason people act this way towards cops in the USA and not in say, the UK, is because America's police forces have systemic racism imbedded in their systems. She's filed false police reports alleging racism in the past according to one of the articles I linked. This officer was clearly not racist. Alleging racism is the only way she knows how to fight a ticket.
