I have observed human nature possibly longer than you have been alive. And there are some things one simply cannot deny - unless they are blinded by a narrow theology.

So the next time you're in a bank, at a doctor, seeing a lawyer, being helped by a nurse in hospital, having your car fixed by a mechanic, visiting an accountant, a financial planner, a plumber, an electrician, a life-saver at a beach, or just someone who stops by the road to help you change a flat tire - just remember that this person might be - Gay.

Gaz, I don't blame you one bit. You've been taught to disrespect and not accept gays, and yet everyone it seems, is mad at you for doing so. This is not about "love". People don't love strangers, they either respect or they disrepect, and you are just following the church teachings.

So basically your argument must be that church leaders don't necessarily follow teachings in the Book of Mormon and that the Book of Mormon is useless for moral guidance, that one should listen to church leaders. I pointed out in the previous post, that the Church teaches disrespect of homosexuality. If you disagree with me, explain to me how or by whom, respect for homosexuality by the Church is taught?
