Cultellus can’t commit. The premise is too ludicrous. Spamming a board with over 300 random posts having nothing to do with one poster supposedly insulting another weeks prior isn’t a tenable argument. It’s merely post hoc rationalization to continue trolling.

It’s all BS. I respect RI’s efforts to try to get Cultellus to commit to anything in the spirit of an actual conversation, but as I’ve pointed out before, this routine of Cultellus’s was exposed way back on page 64 of your V&T thread.
If the premise of his claim is ignored (and it has to be given how selective he is in his ‘complaint’), then Cultellus will just drop it and pick up on the next thing that they believe will engage RI.

Do not make threats or take actions to disrupt the smooth operation of this message board, either through hacking, spamming, frivolous complaints, lawsuits against the board or its moderators, or any other means. Please do not do this via e-mail or private message, either.
Violation of this rule has resulted in at least one multi-year ban. It's one of the easiest way to get a permanent ban. So, if you're bored with us and really want to be martyr, I've just taught you how to do it.
In addition, no lawyer worth her salt would take your case. You'd just end up paying the owners' attorneys fees and likely sanctions for filing a frivolous lawsuit.
