What does that mean?

It's fitting because of how Trump's family members are treated. Politics is an incredibly nasty business and the double standards people hold never cease to amaze me.

Especially given how much time the supposed President of the United States (and some of his family) wastes tweeting out insults and vitriol towards anyone who he doesn’t agree with.

Never thought that America would be headed up by such a thin-skinned, butthurt snowflake bent on making this nation look like a banana republic filled with ‘tough guys’ who whine virtually nonstop about how persecuted they are.

Trump’s children are adults who are the beneficiaries and participants in unprecedented nepotism and corruption in government. The only exceptions are Tiffany, who is largely treated sympathetically due to her being treated as a black sheep by her dad despite being the only adult child who appears like she could be a halfway decent person, and Barron, who is largely left alone.

Of course, there are exceptions to this, but the exceptions are exceptional. And that’s substantially toned down from the previous admin.

If anything, figures like Ivanka get treated with relative kid gloves for their role in American politics because the idea that Trump’s children shouldn’t be harshly treated has some pull despite the fact that they are malevolent political actors.

The idea that Ajax’s kids are being attacked is just some mixture of lies and hysterical persecution complex.

Lol. Seconds after writing that post I read an article on details of Trump’s prenup with Marla Maples. It included a provision to cut Tiffany Trump out if she joined the military or peace corps.

At first I was skeptical, but here it is.

Trump, who stated worth at the time of the prenup was $1.17 billion dollars, would not support his daughter until her 21st birthday if she elected to serve her country in the Peace Corps or the Military.

I wonder if any of the Trump supporters on the board would care to comment?

I've never done this in my life. ..

My mistake, i assumed you rembered poster named "Hawkeye". Would you like to "overtly make public" content of a PM from Hawkeye? (via granting me permission to quote a particular sentence from that PM)
Then we can let the readers judge for themselves....nothing to hide in that, is there?

Anyone who keeps saying Trump, or Republicans in general for that matter, "support and respect the military." That's just a slogan they used for votes. In reality their Lord and Savior pretending to be President continuously demeans a war hero, mocks a famous general, and once insisted he went to a private school that was more military than actual military school.

As if dodging the draft due to falsified claims of bone spurs wasn't enough.

Didn’t the prenup say that child support for Tiffany would end if she joined the military or peace corps? Seems sensible to me.

ETA: Child support would also cease if Tiffany became employed full time.

That’s a misreading if the situation. Trump agreed to pay $100,000 per year in Child support to Tiffany’s mother until Tiffany turned 21. Child support isn’t paid to the child. If Tiffany were employed full time or joined the military or peace corps, she wouldn’t need to be supported by her mother, so no need for Trump to pay her.

I’m not a fan of the man, but I think this is a nothingburger.
