I speculated at times whether HoH might be a reincarnation of Subgenius and still don't rule out that possibility entirely, but it appears to me that their writing styles are too different for that to be a high probability. Besides that, I don't think Subgenius ever claimed or would claim be a Democrat or former Democrat, as HoH has done.

It's typical of the modern Christian mindset to claim the label for unearned credibility. It's easy to see someone like that erroneously thinking it would also work for political alliance.
