One would presume that the same paradigm being discussed in this thread [that women are responsible for what we (men) see, and therefore think...] is what would motivate the author to create this sign:

Wonder if BC went on holiday? or simply lost energy to share his viewpoint. or maybe realized the hypocricy and abandoned this particular line of thinking....? I'd welcome him back to share with us how he either still feels, or clarify anything he intended to say so we may better try to understand his opinion...

I think this thread was just about bc messing with us. The hyperbole, the double-negatives--it only makes sense as some sort of twisted joke.
