I am actually a member of the NOM site, and I think that New Order Mormon is an umbrella group of people who have some issue (either major or small) who still want/feel the need to (for family reasons or whatever) to have some connection to the church--though within its ranks falls a vast difference in people--which, I'm sure there are many differences (somewhat more subtle) within the general membership of "True Blue Mormons." I had an English Mormon friend who thought it was wrong to vote against same-sex marriage just because her religion thought it was a sin (she thought it was too, but she didn't think it was right to bring that belief into politics)--there are slight differences of opinion throughout the church, I think.
