Why not respond to the dichomy issue I raised? I think it is more important than telling me to be more loving,

Because love is all that really matters. The gospel of Jesus Christ is centered in love and all things evolve around the principle of love. I’ve told you that I love Jesus and am headed towards him. But you don’t seem to accept that.

I don’t feel you love me. It seems all you want to do is put me down. I’m ready to die right now, today, and go to Jesus. I can do that with or without your permission or blessing. I can feel God's love for me. It is real. Your love doesn't come through your posts.

Just a quick little note to Nightlion,

I'm wondering why in the heck you are picking on Paul? Of anyone on this board, in fact of anyone on any LDS board I have ever come across, (with the exception of a couple of FLDS folk), he is more committed to the teachings of Joseph Smith, and believes he was a true prophet.

Why are you not picking on everyone else who either doesn't believe in the CoJCoLDS or that Joseph was a fallen prophet?

I don't get it.

You don't feel the love because Nightlion isn't about love, Paul. For Nightlion, it's about the money. Send your check; love is not needed nor desired. Send the money! He even gave you an address!

Since I believe that it takes a calling and special talents, talents such as the ones Joseph Smith possessed, to do some expounding on the KEP, I will not be waiting to receive further light and knowledge from Monson on this. Indeed, (and please do not take this as an insult to President Monson) the fact that Monson is now the president of the LDS Church tells me all I need to know of the prospects of any further revelation of this kind coming forth in the near future.

I feel that Paul is doomed in his desire.

Christ said: "If you love me keep my commandments"

The discerning of those whose names should be numbered with the church and those who need help to repent fully so that the church is not destroyed is one of the MOST important commandments Christ gave in the Book of Mormon. This commandment was not just of Christ himself but that the Father required him to give it. See 3 Nephi 18 and Mormoni 6.

Other commandments of Christ the LDS Chruch tramples upon:
1. Allowing the unclean to enter the House of the Lord. D&C 94:8-9
2. Not seeking to bring forth and establish Zion.(too many to cite)
3. Not bringing forth fruit meet for the Father's kingdom to not say but do according to that which is written D&C 84
4. Not calling people according to the gifts of God. D&C 20:60
5. Conduct all meeting by the power of the Holy Ghost. D&C 46:2
For starters

And as far as the importance of getting it right Christ said:
D&C 39:18
And inasmuch as they do repent and recieve the fulness of my gospel, and become sanctified, I will stay mine hand in judgment.

The hand of judgment has not been stayed and will now fall upon the world.

Nightlion,

Do you love me? I know about the doctrines of hellfire and damnation. I know the scriptures backwards and forwards. I know what God wants us to do. But I want to hear you say that you love me.

If you lived close by me and needed someone to help you pull your ox out of the mire on a cold damn night with sleet pelting down and everyone else told you to just let it die, believe me, if you came and asked me to go with you to help save that which mattered so much to you; even though I was cast out and hated by every Mormon in Utah from Richmond to St George and my life has been made insufferably difficult by way of the hatred born me of everyone LDS, even unto the persecution and abuse of my own dear ones, and I know that you despise every word I say, I would not hesitate to grab my coat and hat, leather gloves and mud boots and help.

If you can find one honest soul in Utah who will admit knowing anything about me you can ask if they thinks that this is true.

Yeah, I love my enemies. Why else would I be striving with you after the Spirit had ceased striving? The love of many shall wax cold. The world will need one like me more and more.
