I'm not so sure about happy tidings in regards to tithing. I doubt there will be any official publication from the Church stating a decline in tithes, but the current moaning heard from Church leaders makes me think that the pain is already being felt.
I don't think that Zion is doing as well as they would like. The "true believers" are definitely declining.
