Incorrect as usual. If people have to pay out of pocket for covid 19 testing or treatment you will have more avoiding getting tested or treated resulting in more spread and people dying. If the Government decides they will pay for those who are not covered by private health care that would be universal health care in regards to covid 19. Universal heath care does not have to have the government paying for all health care. Only that everyone is covered regardless of ability to pay.

It's definitely time for us to rethink healthcare and take out the middleman insurance company. Their job seems to be denying coverage. Whether we solve this through promoting more competition or having universal medicare for all, something needs to be done. Given the left's zeal for fighting the greatest threat to our safety (anthropogenic global warming) and banning plastic straws in a few urban areas of the US while the rest of the world is exempt from the requirement, I have to wonder why the left wouldn't mind imposing a travel ban even though it might not completely stop the spread of COVID 19. A travel ban has a better shot at saving more people than banning plastic straws in my opinion. Gotta start somewhere right?
