As to whatever case you believe there is against him, I'm unwilling to judge the new administration with just 6 days in office. Therefore, I don't see that there is a "real case against him" to undermine. Not yet. He'll construct his own or he won't. He's our President, I love this country and I hope he succeeds because if he doesn't, we don't either.

Jersey, I also think it worth pointing out that Trump's name is his brand. We saw many testimonials from those suing Trump University stating that they wanted to participate in that particular school because it had Trump's name and perceived success attached to it. This is why the typical standard is to liquidate all these assets and place them into a blind trust. This way the heightened reach and influence of your brand (read as his last name, in this case) has less impact on your monetary earnings. It is impossible to remove all the financial value that one gets from entering any high office but the goal should be to mitigate this and to avoid even the appearance of conflicts of interest.
