WTF!?
Yet another response that adds nothing to the discussion.
2 Tim 4:3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. 2 Tim 4:4 They will turn their ears away from the truth & turn aside to myths

Oh, right. I'm not in your damn tribe, like the poster Joseph is. You just love his contribution, don't you!
More blather that has nothing to do with the discussion.

That contributed so much to the discussion! Wow!
Once again, more nothing that contributes nothing and continues to evade the questions you don't have answers to. Prove me wrong... please answer the questions you and Nehor have chosen to avoid.
True or false?
1) Joseph Smith claimed the writings were by Abraham by his own hand. 2) The LDS church keeps the papyrus Joseph Smith used along with the KEP hidden from critical review. 3) The papyrus Joseph Smith used has absolutely nothing to do with Abraham and is translated incorrectly.

I don't think so. It's not worth the time. You and Joseph (your tribesman) can high five each other with stupid comments instead.

1.FACTUALLY TRUE.
2. FACTUALLY TRUE, but the unwitting over zealous fools back in the late 1960s allowed high resolution photos to be taken of the papyrus, which have been critically reviewed many times by outside unbiased parties, none of which have been favorable to LDS Inc.
3. FACTUALLY TRUE.

LDS member and Egyptologist tells us how we can get a look at the papyri:
4. If you want to do anything with the originals, you need to apply to the archives of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at least a full year in advance. You will need approvals from half a dozen committees that meet only once a month and for whom your request will be far down the list of agenda items. Requests to do anything before that time will garner an automatic denial.
If that sounds a little onerous then you could always nip down to the nearest museum with an Egyptian section and examine other examples and facsimilies of the Book of Breathings...erm...i mean Book of Abraham there.
