White noise.
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

Re: Worshiping Science
This is where we always end up. Believers want religion to be just as awesome as science - they sense that science is worthy of praise. When it sinks in that religion is not as awesome as science, they have to show that science is also lacking in some ways: it makes atomic bombs (evil), and wrong ideas like eugenics (empowering to Nazis) and it's really another form of faith anyway (no, it's not). So there: neener neener! Now religion and science are equal again.

True, I am not a radar expert. However, I did major in Computer Engineering and did take an electromagnetics course including some microwave board construction. I know what white noise is. In fact, I took 3 undergrad signal processing classes as well as a graduate level Stochastic processes class. I'm just not sure what Sethbag is trying to do with his comment.
Pink noise, by the way, is a real phenomena.

How does the worship of Christ influence you for the better?
What I mean is, what do you do conciously do differently specifically because of your knowledge of Christ, that you wouldn't do if you were an atheist?

There are "other rational people" who are not atheists?
Do tell?

This is a good question. For me I see people with depth. So the surface behavior I deal with but I love the spirit within. I do not think an atheist does this.
