I don't believe they have any legal basis, but if I were to redo it I would simply have someone read Gee's part. Just having Gee not speaking would improve the video. He's so slow speaking, I was tempted to silently speed it up.

Whether they have the legal basis or not is beside the point if you take the higher road and show you really are trying to have discourse with them. You could use lots of graphics and have someone else read his words. Maybe RFM or Shirts?? I think you should redo it and let the chips fall where they will. Everyone is watching and wanting to know what you will do. It might very well go viral and force the apologists to start having to own up to some of your well stated objections.

Anyway, you'll do what you think is best. Either way, you always do a great job. Please don't feel pressured on my account. I'm just providing my opinion and suggestion.

I will be happy to help you redo things Dan. If you need me to do some reading parts, count me in and give me a call, I'm totally down with it.

I contemplate a brilliantly presented show in a montage hosted by VOGEL featuring background presentations provided by RFM and the Backyard Professor. A powerful punch led by Vogel as he eloquently and gracefully makes every intended point.

Anyway, that's what I imagine. Wow.

This type of thing doesn't always work out the way people hope.

I would prefer Maven or Jenn Camp to voice the Gee part. When I think back to the political portrayals by that great documentary series, SNL, such an approach works wonderfully.

Does anyone remember the Woody Allen movie, What's up, Tiger Lily?
