In any case, I reviewed the PM I received from my "informant," and this person stated that the website was called, "needahappyhome.com'. Did you used to run a website by that name? Y/N?

WTF??? It uses the same damned wording your dumbass has been using. YOU “F”, you threated to mess with me and my family. You think this crap is funny?

I hereby grant the moderating team permission to look in my PM boxes in order to verify. Perhaps you'd like to post the message in full, Josh, with time signature included? Just highlight the whole posting with your mouse, and then copy and paste it here onto the board.

I suggest that you either apologize now, or else walk away from the board and take a breather. I mean, would you like me to archive your rant (and your bogus accusations, which are quite serious by the way---akin to Ray A's horrifying outburst, in my opinion) on the blog as well?

You know, I am not a moderator, but as a denizen of this discussion board I would like to point out that there is a place for this kind of vulgarity: the Telestial Forum. It continues to boggle my mind that faithful LDS people come here to spread their filthy language. They get carried away by the freedom of the internet. It is really quite shameful.

It really was reckless of me. I know. Could one of you look really closely at this for me and find the copyright symbol on this? I can't seem to find it.

And, Jersey Girl, I am starting to get interested in this whole question of control over this image. Wouldn't you think that an image like this, once placed on a discussion board, becomes public domain? I would ask my lawyer, but she is sleeping right now.

Well, I've had a little experience with this as an observer. I think the image is covered under Fair Use because it's what is called "transformative" and that also applies to copyrighted images. I'm not a lawyer though.

What josh wants to keep in mind when threatening law suit is that given the nature of internet message boards, no attorney would take this seriously. That and the fact that after examining josh's activity and content on this board, I doubt that josh would be seen as non-provocative.
