Well, I am attempting to have a discussion with a liar. It's hard not to feel any other way. Do you have anything to add, or is your acumen as a color commentator limited to this thread?
An attempt at which you are largely failing.
Well, when you get to a place where you can start being honest we might be able to make some progress. Until then, you'll continue to deceive yourself through your attempt at deceiving others. LoaP, this is important stuff we're talking about here. It's not useful to play semantic games, change definitions in the middle of a paragraph that no one but yourself could possibly understand, and then act like you're doing something intellectual. LoaP, your lies prevent you from experiencing the existential crisis that you're clearly on the verge of having. It's nothing to be afraid of, even though life and death itself is a terrifying concept to accept; thus the lie is born, and the ongoing nurturing of said lie placates the terrible reality of your own mortality and utimately, your insignificance.
You're not like some of the others here who are agents and practitioners of deception. That much is clear. You can become one of them, if that's what you choose, but in your heart you know what it is that you think you're protecting is a deception. In reality, you're just attempting to protect yourself. Mormonism is a lie. It's a ruse, and you don't need it. You need to get on with confronting yourself, and the reality of your situation. Make peace with that, and you can start managing the question of
your existence.
You can’t trust adults to tell you the truth.
