Since you asked, yes I am.

I have authored or co-authored more than 100 peer reviewed scientific papers and have co-authored and or edited a number of academic books, one of which is still in print more than 20 years after it first appeared. I also hold a dozen or so patents. If you know anything about the patent examination process, you know that it pretty much precludes plagiarism.

And you?

You realize that it is terribly sad if what you have said is true?

And that just figures given your posting attitude ... I'm here to tell you "f*** You" Society does not need you.

You might think you can do something about it of late , but ... nope ... your screwed if you can't produce anything. Goodbye indignant Attitude and sense of entitlement.

Sorry, fixed the quote. I was not sure who you were yelling at.

Mktavish wrote:Well I should say that your text typed in this post , seems much less like you are saying it offends you that a man would change their gender ... but before this one ... It would seem your saying that Jutta mentioning it here and making you think about it ... offends you to your core. Ofcourse that was my impression. And I can't say I've read enough of your posts to get your individual flavor.
But I am full aware and familiar with the so called devout religious types of Mormon and Christian. I know I shouldn't go stereo typing people , but it is so DaMn! hard when they all say the same thing.

And in my opinion , until humans can stop with classifying people by "US and Them" There really is no hope for evolving. (And I'm not saying the liberal side of polotic is doing any better)
Maybe its just an inherent trait in us that will always be , and its not meant to go away? For it is responsible for mans advances , and keeping his population in check.
Can you imagine what the world population would be right now without it?

I have never been offended by sex changes. I simply do not see why it is necessary, and perhaps this is because I had never been transgendered. Nevertheless, I am disturbed by the tendency of our population to jump to various means of plastic surgery. Obviously there is a place for this in some cases, but I think many people are using physical changes to deal with an internal psychological issue, and in the end the cosmetic change does not solve the internal dilemma.

Come on now, Mktavish. Is that anyway to talk in the Celestial forum? Such language.

Also, before you go ballistic on folks, you might at least want to make sure you are making proper attribution (you need to get your quotes straight).

Looks as if you have Bhodi and me confused. Bhodi is certain to be offended by your mistake.

It seems to be fair I should go railing on DrW now ... but I really don't have it in me at this point. So I would rather just apologize to you for my abusive language / confusing the subject with some sort of tirade I was on . And any personal stress this might of caused you.

Mktavish,

It's really no problem if you don't feel like going ballistic on me at this point.
No problem at all.

I understand. Believe me.

I was in the hospital because of an operation; therefore I wasn't here for a long time. I am back now. Much was written here and in my life much has done himself by now. But I would like to open late two new topics to this.
I have the impression that nobody knows the German law situation for churches. The LDS has the corporation status of the public law in Germany. This means she can impose taxes of her own, has a civil service law of her own, may authenticate legally valid documents; has a seat in the media advice (radio and television) of the media counsil (state TV and Radio, not private Broadcasting)
This is the reason that members who work for the church do not have any job guarantee and maintenance of industrial health and safety standards. E.g. you can be dismissed if they commit adultery. A "normal" employer might not do this.
