2. Who says there is no sex in any other kingdom than the CK? How does anyone know this? Do the bodies of CK folks not funtion the same way as TR folks even though they are all resurrected?

I think the idea comes from D&C 131:

Nah, the people aren't crazy! Just some of the beliefs. People believe in nutso stuff all the time. Did you miss TD's thread about healings? Please refer to it for more craziness people gobble up.
Perhaps it is as much so as you think the LDS are that you describe in your post. The level of heaven are after all each called glories. In the terrestrial the Son ministers to it inhabitants and in the telestial the Holy Ghost.
Is this official doctrine or speculation? Your opinion? ;-) Seems there is some confusion on this point.
I think D&C 76 is about as official doctrine as it gets. Check it out. You can see that it'snot my opinions nor is there really much confusion on this.
I'm with Jason. Other then what is taught in the D&C and some teachings by Prophets we have no official stance on the various kingdoms. Most of my conclusions are guesswork and I don't think anyone here is in a different boat.

Well.... "increase" doesn't mean sex. If I am not mistaken one can certainly have sex without having an increase. (I think "increase" is a funny word to describe spirit children but... maybe it is just me. Smile).
