I was thinking how nice it would be if Shulem's understanding of the Book of Abraham (especially the defilement of Anubis) could be added to Wikipedia. Not so much to confound John Pack Lambert, but to add to human learning.

by the way, MG should remind people to listen to him in order to save their souls and escape the hellfire.

Mormonism has made many a threat against anyone who rejects the so-called gospel presented to the world through Smith's instrumentality. Mormon scripture repeatedly tell of how those who reject it will suffer, burn, and be cast down.
Joseph Smith wrote:
But those who harden their hearts in unbelief, and reject it, it shall turn to their own condemnation— D&C 20:15
For if they do reject these things the hour of their judgment is nigh, and their house shall be left unto them desolate. D&C 84:115
For behold, I reveal unto you a new and an everlasting covenant; and if ye abide not that covenant, then are ye damned; for no one can reject this covenant and be permitted to enter into my glory. D&C 132:4
Let me just say that I really do dislike Mormon God and those threats roll right off me. Mormonism has no value in my life and no power over me. Mormonism is so beneath me.

Nobody wants to touch it with a ten-foot pole. The apologists refuse to talk about the snout and critics simply let it be. Bill Reel was planning on running a special live episode but for some reason elected not too. The Backyard professor has been abducted by aliens so he's no longer on the radar. Vogel? RFM? Someone needs to pick it up and run with it. It would make for a great show. I'm afraid so many podcasts today are too political and constantly ring with negativity. I pretty much stopped watching them.
Step outside and breathe. Hug a child. Serve a neighbor. Take a drive. Read a good book. Have a real life conversation. Get off the dang keyboard!
You're very nearly at 6,000 posts MG 2.0. Congratulations! That's prolific!
Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

It looks like you and Marcus are in the running for 'trolling' my posts and being the designated 'board nannies'!
I suppose we should thank you? Or should we hope that sooner or later you will move on to something more worthwhile and relevant to the purpose of this board?

...or ignore your own advice and prolifically continue posting. What did they call it when a person says one thing, but does another? That's right, two-faced. TTOC!

I'm down the street at the pool while a couple of grandkids are swimming and I'm reading Oppenheimer American Prometheus. Hopping on here with the hopes you've gone away!
You just seem to have a fixation on me. What's up with that? And dredging up old posts. Get. A.Life.
Hot here at the pool! I did the gym this morning.
Have you had any fun today besides tracking my movements like Marcus is prone to do?
