Strange, I talked to the clerk today and he said he's not assigning recommend numbers to who gets them. It is possible that this is a test program of some kind.

Though I suspect it's more likely it's all bunk.

I just heard in EQ that the church handbook forbids temple quotas. Apparently they can set temple goals.

In my ward, they give the numbers of endowments done by members fo the ward, but I didn't hear anything about names or number of people who attend.
